First Child's Play in 1988 was directed and co-written by Tom Holland. The films mainly focus on Chucky (voiced by Brad Dourif), the movie is about a doll that transfers his soul into a “Good guy” doll by performing voodoo ritual, and this soul is of a notorious serial killer. The first-ever film from the franchise of Child's Play was in 1988. All the 4 movies from the horror franchise were box office successes with a total estimated earning over $182 million worldwide.
The Movie stars Catherine Hicks who plays a widowed mother who gives her son a doll for his birthday, unaware that the doll is possessed by the soul of a serial killer.

Child's Play was theatrically released in the United States on June 21, 2019, by Orion Pictures through United Artists Releasing. The film received mixed reviews and grossed $45 million worldwide against a $10 million budget.

The film was banned in the United Kingdom until 2002 as it was incorrectly believed that the movie has contributed to the real-life murder of James "Jamie" Bulger. In the year 1991, Jamie was abducted by two young 11-year-old boys, who took him to a railway line, tortured, and then killed him.

Jason Voorhees is the protagonist from the movie Friday the 13th series, the character was played by Ari Lehman as a young son of a camp cook who turned killer namely Mrs. Voorhees, the very first movie of the franchise was released in 1980.
